An ideal mentor - mentee relationship to me is one that is open minded and bi-directional. I love to learn from my mentors, have great conversations and be challenged in my thinking to bring it to the next level. I also enjoy when mentors brings me in their kitchen so I can give my opinion and ideas on a subject matter and potentially shine a new perspective they might not have thought of. On a personal level, I was a high level gymnast at a very young age. Gymnastic thought me discipline, drive and for sure contributed to my very competitive personality. On a professional level, I had the chance to create a whole new brand within BRP and lead some amazing pilot project that might change the powersport industry. If that's not exciting, I don't know what it is.
